Hallmark Channel confirmed today exactly which character each member of the Holiday Ever After: A Disney World Wish Come True cast is playing, rolling out individual character posters for the full ensemble ahead of the movie’s November 28 premiere.
Lacey Chabert plays Lindsey and Travis Van Winkle plays Philip, the two leads whose disastrous first date turns into a second chance when they both end up at Walt Disney World for the holidays with their families. The new posters fill in the rest of the cast. Richard Kind plays Alan. Christy Carlson Romano plays Nicole. Bryce Durfee plays Sam. Taegen Burns plays Kiera. Asher Alexander plays Jay. Patrick Renna still appears in his previously announced cameo role.
Christy Carlson Romano’s casting as Nicole is worth its own mention, since she is no stranger to Disney. She spent her teen years on Disney Channel playing Ren Stevens on Even Stevens and voicing the title character in Kim Possible, a role popular enough that it inspired a scavenger hunt experience at Epcot that ran for years. She also played Belle in the Broadway production of Beauty and the Beast and voiced Yuffie Kisaragi in the Kingdom Hearts games. Her joining this cast links Holiday Ever After back to a Disney Channel era that shaped a lot of the adults now bringing their own kids to Walt Disney World.
The character reveal lands the same week Hallmark’s Disney Springs pop-up shop is closing in on its opening. We first reported on the pop-up back in August, and got a closer look at the storefront renderings during the Hallmark & Disney Magic panel at D23 2026 in our first look at the shop. The store is set to open in early October in the former Francesca’s location near Frontera Cocina in the Town Center, and it will carry the full Holiday Ever After merchandise collection alongside a curated assortment of Hallmark greeting cards, Keepsake Ornaments and Disney-inspired gifts. Our take: casting reveals like this usually feel like a formality, but pairing it with a pop-up shop opening in the same month gives fans two real reasons to start planning a Disney Springs stop this fall instead of waiting for the movie itself.
