Two new Star Wars popcorn buckets are headed to Disneyland Park starting April 28 and May 4, 2026, joined by a wave of sippers, swizzle sticks, and collectible mugs timed to May the 4th celebrations and the return of Disneyland After Dark: Star Wars Nite. Disney has confirmed the full lineup through the Disney Parks Blog, and there is a lot here for fans of every era of the saga. Jabba's Sail Barge Popcorn Bucket, along with a new Salvaged Protocol Droid Popcorn Bucket, and the previously announced Bantha Sipper!

Harkins Theatres announces that select tickets are now available for IMAX 70MM showings of Dune: Part Three, eight months ahead of the film's debut.
Presented on a massive 60-foot screen with pristine laser projection and precision IMAX sound, Dune: Part Three the film follows Paul Atreides as he navigates political intrigue and a galaxy-wide holy war, striving to fulfill an ancient prophecy. Starring Timothée Chalamet, Rebecca Ferguson and Zendaya, this installment promises the breathtaking visuals and epic storytelling that have defined the series.

Special IMAX 70MM showings begin Thursday, December 17, 2026, with screenings at 7:00 PM nightly through Sunday, December 20.

AMC Super Mario Galaxy Movie Popcorn Buckets Are Sold Out: CEO Reveals Record Sales and What Is Coming Next
AMC Theatres CEO Adam Aron revealed over the weekend that Super Mario Galaxy Movie popcorn buckets and CCV's aka Popcorn Buckets sold two-thirds of the chain's entire available inventory in just the first three days, and as of Monday morning, the Yoshi bucket, all six Luma LED colors, and the Guinness World Record Mini Bowser Cauldron are sold out on AMC's online shop. Guests may still find the Yoshi bucket at some individual theater locations while supplies last, but everything else is gone.
