Hallmark has confirmed that Holiday Ever After: A Disney World Wish Come True, the first movie ever filmed at Walt Disney World, premieres Saturday, November 28, 2026, at 8 p.m. ET and 7 p.m. Central on Hallmark Channel, with the movie streaming on Hallmark+ starting the next day.
The date was confirmed during a Hallmark panel at a Television Critics Association event, closing out months of waiting since we noted a specific air date had not yet been announced back in June. Fantasy Land News has been tracking this movie since Lacey Chabert announced it live on Hallmark’s Hometown Holiday special in December, through the first official trailer, the sneak peek filmed at Echo Lake, and the growing merchandise lineup, including the Loungefly Minnie Mouse collection and the holiday cards and gift wrap tied to the film.
Holiday Ever After stars Lacey Chabert as Lindsey, whose family Christmas trip to Walt Disney World gets complicated when she discovers her room neighbor is Philip, played by Travis Van Winkle, the man behind her worst recent first date. The two families keep crossing paths across the parks, with a wish made at the Cinderella Fountain nudging their rivalry toward romance. Richard Kind, Christy Carlson Romano, Bryce Dufee, Taegen Burns, and Asher Alexander round out the cast, with a cameo from Patrick Renna. The movie was shot on location at Magic Kingdom, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, and it anchors Hallmark Channel’s 17th annual Countdown to Christmas.
This is the first original movie collaboration between Hallmark and Walt Disney World, and it has already spun off into a full retail line spanning Loungefly, Vera Bradley, Corkcicle, and the Hallmark Dream Book ornament collection we broke down back in April.
