The Bootlegger’s Dinner returns to Enzo’s Hideaway at Disney Springs on Thursday, November 12, 2026, this time built around Flor de Caña rum. The three-course dinner pairs each dish with a rum cocktail, costs $108 per person with tax and gratuity included, and has two seatings at 5:30 p.m. and 8 p.m. for guests 21 and older.
Rum is a natural fit for this room. Enzo’s Hideaway is themed as a set of old tunnels that became a Prohibition-era rum runner hideout, part of the connected story that runs through four restaurants at The Landing. The series last came around in February, when the Bootlegger’s Dinner featured Código 1530 tequila.
The first course pairs salumi e formaggi, a spread of Italian cured meats and cheeses, with a cocktail of Flor de Caña Blanco, pineapple, lime, coconut water and vanilla. The main course is a Certified Angus Beef strip loin served with a cocktail of Flor de Caña 12-year, crème de cacao, pecan liqueur and orange clove syrup. Dessert is brown butter cake with a cocktail that mixes Flor de Caña 7-year and Flor de Caña Spresso with chai, brown butter demerara syrup and oat milk. The restaurant describes the night as a little tropical, a little smoky and a little sweet.
Tickets are listed at $90 per person plus tax and gratuity, which comes to $108 at checkout. Guests can also add a 1 oz. pour of Flor de Caña 25-year for $25. February’s tequila dinner was $85 before tax and gratuity, so the base price is up $5 this time. Space is limited, and there are only two seatings on the one night.
Our Take: At $108 with tax and tip already covered, this is a fair price for Disney Springs, where a steak and two cocktails on their own can get you close to that number. You are getting three courses and three cocktails in one of the most atmospheric rooms on property. If you love aged rum, the $25 add-on is a chance to try the 25-year without buying a bottle. With three cocktails on the menu, plan on a rideshare or a designated driver.
