Four neighboring restaurants at The Landing in Disney Springs are designed to read as one continuous story, and The Edison, the last chapter in that story, just added new fall dates for its Shaken & Stirred cocktail class series. We’ve covered these four venues together before, including last year’s shared summer menu updates and this year’s Cookies for Kids’ Cancer fundraiser spanning three of the four locations.

The four restaurants are built around a single imagined backstory tied to Disney Springs’ own history as a restored waterfront town. The story starts at Pizza Ponte, imagined as the small Italian bakery where Maria and Enzo built a business out of their love of food and travel, today serving Sicilian-style pizza, house-baked pastries, and handcrafted sandwiches. That story expands at Maria & Enzo’s Ristorante, framed as a 1930s air terminal restored to its Art Deco glory, complete with former boarding gates turned dining booths and Southern Italian cuisine to match. From there, the story goes underground at Enzo’s Hideaway, set in tunnels imagined as once serving the neighboring power plant before becoming a Prohibition-era rum runner hideout. Follow those tunnels to their source and you land at The Edison itself, imagined as the power plant that once served as the heartbeat of old Disney Springs, now an industrial-themed cocktail lounge with live entertainment after dark.

The Edison is keeping that story going into fall with new Shaken & Stirred Cocktail Class dates. Held at 1 p.m. on select Saturdays from October through December, these hands-on sessions put guests behind the bar with The Edison’s own bartenders to learn the basics of mixology. Each class runs $100++ per person and includes guided instruction, cocktail tastings, and a light lunch, with space limited to just 10 guests per session. Advance reservations are strongly encouraged given how small each class is.
The fall and winter lineup includes:
- October 3: American Single Malt, a Guided Tasting
- October 17: The Juniper Journey
- October 31: Shaken, Not Scared
- November 14: The Best Cocktails You’ve Never Heard Of
- November 28: TLC (Tea Leaves & Cocktails)
- December 12: Sipping Spirits & Spreading Cheer
- December 26 & 27: Dreaming of a White Sand Christmas
Timing “Shaken, Not Scared” for Halloween and closing the year with a Christmas-themed class on the 26th and 27th shows some real thought went into lining these classes up with the calendar rather than just picking random Saturdays. For a lounge built around being the atmospheric finale to a four-restaurant story, a themed class series that shifts with the seasons fits right into that same idea.
