Tickets & Menu: Bootlegger’s Dinner Returns to Enzo’s Hideaway Disney Springs. On February 12, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m., Enzo’s Hideaway will host their Bootlegger’s Dinner for one night only, featuring bold Código 1530 tequila pairings and a crave-worthy three-course menu. Inside, guests are transported to the Prohibition Era, where they can enjoy forbidden flavors starting at $102 per person.  

Each visit to Enzo’s Hideaway is a step back into Prohibition times. This February, our Bootlegger’s Dinner returns for one night only (two seatings available), featuring bold Código 1530 tequila pairings and a crave-worthy three-course menu.

Start with a bright, botanical Código Blanco cocktail paired with a layered Italian salad of whipped ricotta, honey, and citrus. Then indulge in a coffee-infused Código Reposado cocktail alongside a coffee-crusted steak and polenta torta. Finish on a luxe note with a Código Añejo dessert cocktail served with coconut cream tart and tequila caviar.

Made from 100% blue Weber agave, Código 1530 tequila is a recipe perfected over generations using time-honored customs from the Los Bajos region and aged in French White Oak red wine barrels from the Napa Valley.

Starter

Midnight Rose: Código 1530 Blanco, strawberry pink peppercorn cordial, dry vermouth, wild rose water, citrus bitters, micro bouquet

Insalata di Millefoglie: wild honey, whipped ricotta, walnut butter, radicchio, tangerine oil, fermented citrus, pane carasau

Entrée

  • Black Pearl: coffee-infused Código 1530 Reposado, mandarin oleosaccharum, dry curaçao, cocoa nib tea, coffee bitters, agrumato tangerine oil
  • Bistecca con Crosta di Caffè: espresso-rubbed New York strip, pea purée, beef tallow, polenta torta, aged balsamic

Dessert

  • Golden Hour: Código 1530 Añejo, orange blossom chamomile tea concentrate, toasted coconut water reduction, wildflower honey, vanilla extract, edible flower
  • Crostata al Latte di Cocco e Crema: coconut curd tart, whipped ganache, tequila caviar, finger limes
