Walmart is selling an officially licensed Disney Moana live-action collectible snack container for $34.96, and every purchase includes a $15 Fandango movie reward that can be applied toward a ticket to see the film when it opens July 10.
This is the the third Disney branded pocporn bucket to show up on Walmart shelves in the past few months, which leads us to believe this may be the wave of the future of popcorn bucket releases. First was The Mandalorian & Grogu, then the Buzz Lightyear Toy Story bucket, and now Moana.

The bucket is designed around the live-action film’s visual identity, with island-inspired colors and character artwork featuring Moana. The design centers on her connection to the ocean, with tropical textures and what Walmart’s listing describes as storytelling elements across the exterior. It is built as a reusable container, sturdy enough for repeat use beyond opening weekend, and sized to hold popcorn, candy, or snacks. The Moana Live Action popcorn bucket at Walmart is made by Golden Link Inc, which is also creating some of the movie theater buckets.
The $15 Fandango reward is a limited-time offer tied to the purchase. That effectively brings the out-of-pocket cost to $19.96 if you were already planning to buy a ticket, making it one of the better value propositions in the Moana live-action collectible wave so far.
This is a retail release, sold through Walmart, separate from the theater chain exclusives. For the full chain-by-chain breakdown of every Moana live-action popcorn bucket and collectible at Cinemark, Regal, AMC, and Marcus, see our Moana live-action popcorn buckets guide.
