AMC Theatres Moana Live Action Popcorn Buckets
AMC is leading the Moana live-action collectible rollout with two exclusive giveaway items tied to premium format screenings, plus a broader concession collectibles lineup available starting July 9.
The standout item is the Heart of Te Fiti Glow-in-the-Dark Bag Charm, available exclusively at the IMAX at AMC Opening Night Fan Event on July 9, while supplies last. It is a giveaway, not a purchase. You have to be at the Opening Night Fan Event to get it. Glow-in-the-dark collectibles tied to a specific screening tend to move fast, and this one is going to be no different.
The second giveaway is the Collectible Boat Snack Bracelet, available at Dolby Cinema at AMC screenings starting July 12 at participating locations while supplies last. Again, this is a screening-tied giveaway, not a concession stand purchase.
The broader AMC concession collectibles lineup goes on sale starting July 9, in theatres only, while supplies last. Full item details to be added as confirmed. The Popcorn Bucket looks like it is LED with the Heart of Te Fiti semi-transparent. Two tumblers, one that is LED and is blue with the waves. While the second is a Topper, with one of three collectible toppers: Hei Hei, Pua, or Maui’s Fish Hook.

Regal Cinemas Moana Live Action Popcorn Buckets
Regal has two combo options for Disney’s live-action Moana, both filled with popcorn and soda and available at participating locations while supplies last.
The Premium Collectible Combo includes one collectible cup and your choice of one of two buckets — a wave-shaped translucent teal bucket with a spiral shell design, or a dark navy bucket featuring Moana’s voyaging canoe in a line-art style. The teal cup included in this combo carries the same spiral shell motif and matches the ocean-themed bucket design. Everything comes filled with popcorn and soda.
The Collectible Combo includes one cup and one metal tin. The tin is a warm orange design featuring Moana mid-stride with her oar, surrounded by tropical florals — it is the most visually vibrant item in the Regal lineup. The matching cup features a full Moana character art wrap with a gold lid.

Cinemark Moana Live Action Popcorn Buckets
Cinemark has the widest Moana live-action collectible lineup of any chain, with six confirmed items — and the anchor piece is a North America exclusive.
The LED Moana Bucket is a Cinemark exclusive in North America. It is a translucent teal bucket with Moana and her oar visible through the sides, with an LED light-up base that illuminates the whole design. It comes with a free same-day refill. This is the item that is going to sell out first.
Cinemark also has two 130oz Tin combos, each paired with a 32oz Color Changing Souvenir Cup and a free same-day refill. The first combo features the film’s key art with Moana holding her oar against a tropical green background. The second combo features a warm golden design with Moana and her animated counterpart side by side — a nice nod to both versions of the character for fans who grew up with the original. Both tins and cups include a free same-day refill.
Rounding out the lineup: a Snack Pack that includes popcorn, a drink, and Welch’s Fruit Snacks; a Moana Blanket in a teal all-over print featuring Moana surrounded by tropical florals; and a 24oz Tumbler with a Moana character wrap and a free same-day refill.

Marcus Theatres Moana Live-action Popcorn Buckets
Marcus Theatres has three Moana live-action offerings: a full limited-time collectibles lineup, a collectible RealD 3D ticket, and a Family Event weekend screening.
The Marcus Limited-Time Collectibles lineup is coming soon and includes five items. There are two character cups — one featuring Pua the pig and one featuring Hei Hei the rooster, both using live-action film photography. There is a 130oz Moana Tin with a tropical floral design featuring Pua, Hei Hei. The standout container is a wave-shaped teal popcorn bucket with a soft watercolor ocean design and the Moana spiral logo — the most distinctive bucket in the Marcus lineup. A Moana tumbler with a full character wrap featuring Moana with her oar rounds out the set. All items are available while supplies last.
Marcus is also offering a Collectible RealD 3D Ticket exclusively at Marcus locations as part of their Make Summer Pop Collectible Series, Volume 4 of 5. See Moana in RealD 3D on Thursday, July 9 and receive a numbered collectible ticket while supplies last. Each ticket is individually numbered out of 10,000, with Hei Hei and Pua featured on the design.
Marcus is also hosting a Family Event on Saturday, July 11, starting 45 minutes before showtime. A special ticket is required. Attendees receive an exclusive pin, complimentary popcorn, and access to additional activities.

Our Take
The Moana 2 theatrical run gave us the popcorn necklace at Cinemark and some genuinely creative items across the chains — this live-action release does not have one single showstopper moment on that level. But what it does have is range. Between the Cinemark LED bucket, the Regal wave bucket, the orange Moana tin, the glow-in-the-dark AMC bag charm, and the blanket, there is something here for every type of collector — the display shelf crowd, the casual fan who just wants something fun at the movies, and the kid who is going to use that tumbler all summer. The Regal wave bucket in particular is the one we keep coming back to. The translucent teal design with the spiral shell detail is built for a shelf, and it is the kind of item that looks better in person than it does in the promo image.
