Summer has officially arrived at Disney Springs, and the drinks menu just got a serious upgrade. Several dining destinations across the shopping and entertainment district have debuted new seasonal cocktails and frozen favorites, giving guests even more reason to slow down, find a lakeside seat, and toast to the warmer months ahead. Whether you’re a gin lover, a frozen drink devotee, or just looking for something pretty to photograph, there’s something on this lineup for you. If you’re still planning your Disney Springs day, our Disney Springs Morning Guide has everything you need to make the most of your visit.
Maria & Enzo’s is kicking off the season with the Garden Party Cocktail, a floral and citrus-forward creation built from Malfy Gin, Italicus, peaflower syrup, fresh lemon juice, Fee Foam, and microflowers on top. It’s the kind of drink that looks as good as it tastes, with that signature purple hue from the pea flower making it an instant visual standout. If you’re planning a Disney Springs visit this summer, add this one to the itinerary.

Downstairs at Enzo’s Hideaway, two new cocktails are making a case for the underground tunnel bar as one of the best spots in all of Disney Springs for a summer drink. The Berry Basil Bliss combines Bombay Sapphire with muddled strawberry and basil, lemon juice, simple syrup, and a whole strawberry garnish. The Violet Hour goes a different direction, pairing Fords Gin with lavender honey syrup and fresh lemon for something a little more delicate and aromatic.

The rest of Disney Springs is keeping pace. The Edison has introduced the Strawberry Fields Forever, a vodka and St-Germain cocktail with honey, lime, strawberries, and mint that sounds like a perfect golden-hour order. Morimoto Asia is pouring a Sake Sangria made with sake, light white wine, plum wine, Asian pears, apple, and tangerine juice, available by the glass or a full carafe for the table. And Pizza Ponte rounds out the lineup with a Frozen Peach Bellini, a grab-and-go option that’s as easy to enjoy as a stroll around the lake.
All of this pairs nicely with everything else coming to Disney Springs this summer, including Level99 and a new Gideon’s Bakehouse concept on the way.

Our Take: The Garden Party Cocktail at Maria & Enzo’s is the one I’d go back for. Malfy Gin and Italicus together is already a great combination on paper, and the peaflower color makes it one of those drinks people are going to be ordering just as much for the photo as for the sip. That said, Enzo’s Hideaway always delivers when it comes to cocktail creativity, and the Violet Hour sounds like exactly the kind of low-key, aromatic drink you want when Florida heat is doing its thing. This is a strong Disney Springs summer drink lineup across the board.
