Disney Springs just announced its full summer 2026 lineup and it is the most significant slate of new additions the shopping and dining district has seen in years, headlined by the opening of Level99, a brand new savory concept from the team behind Gideon’s Bakehouse, and a series of outdoor dance parties tied to two new Disney+ original films.
Level99 Opens at Disney Springs West Side This Summer
Level99, the immersive social gaming venue with 63 life-sized mini-games, a two-story bar, and more than 40 original art installations, is opening this summer at Disney Springs West Side near the Drawn to Life Cirque du Soleil theater. The Disney Springs location will be the largest Level99 venue in the country at more than 45,000 square feet, with Detroit-style pizza, wagyu burgers, handcrafted cocktails, and rotating beers on tap made from scratch daily. An exact opening date is coming in the next few weeks.

We covered the full Level99 announcement including the job openings and first look at the two-story bar rendering in our Level99 Disney Springs article here.
Gideon’s Bakehouse Is Opening Six Ravens — A Savory Concept at The Landing

This is the one that caught our attention. Gideon’s Bakehouse, the fan-favorite local bakery that has become one of the most talked-about stops at Disney Springs, is introducing an entirely new concept this summer called Six Ravens. It will open at The Landing, and the focus is savory rather than sweet.
The signature item is something called a Coffyn: a house-made yeast roll stuffed with savory fillings, inspired by Medieval European pastry cases. The name comes from the original “coffyns” that were designed to preserve hearty meals for long pilgrimages. At Disney Springs, they are grab-and-go. Pair them with smashed potatoes and dips including sweet heat and homemade honey mustard. Six Ravens will also carry local beers crafted in partnership with Orlando favorites Sideward Brewing and The Ravenous Pig.

Gideon’s has built one of the most loyal followings of any Disney Springs vendor, with lines that regularly stretch out the door for their cookies and slices. A savory spinoff is a significant expansion and one that fills a real gap for guests who want something from the Gideon’s team that is not dessert. We will have more details on Six Ravens as the opening approaches.
DescenDANCE Party and Camp Rock Jam at the AdventHealth Waterside Stage
On select nights this summer, the AdventHealth Waterside Stage at Disney Springs will host high-energy outdoor dance parties tied to two new Disney+ original films: Descendants: Wicked Wonderland and Camp Rock 3. Both events are part of Cool Kids’ Summer 2026, Walt Disney World’s family summer season running May 26 through September 8, and give families a reason to extend their evenings at Disney Springs beyond shopping and dining.
Both Descendants and Camp Rock have deep fan bases that skew toward families with tweens and teens, which makes the outdoor stage format a strong fit. No ticket required for Disney Springs access, though specific event dates have not been announced yet. See everything confirmed for Cool Kids’ Summer 2026 in our complete guide.

What Else Is Happening at Disney Springs This Summer
Disney also noted that CrazyShake has a couple of weeks left, and hinted at new storefronts opening soon without naming them. Disney Springs regularly refreshes its tenant mix, and this summer’s additions make it worth a dedicated visit even for guests who have not made it a priority in recent years.
Our Take: Six Ravens is the news here. Level99 we knew about, the dance parties are fun programming, but a savory concept from Gideon’s is something Disney Springs fans have not had before. If the Coffyn is half as good as the cookies, the line is going to be just as long. We will be there early.
