Freeform’s 25 Days of Christmas 2026 runs December 1 through December 25, with Home Alone, The Santa Clause trilogy, both Grinch movies and the Freeform premiere of Disney’s new animated special Mickey’s Home Alone on December 19. Here is the full 25 Days of Christmas schedule with every date and time.
The holiday lineup takes over right after November’s 30 Days of Disney on Freeform, continuing a 25 Days of Christmas tradition that dates back to 1996, when the channel was still The Family Channel. This year’s event is brought to you by Kraft Mac & Cheese, part of the multi-year Kraft Heinz and Disney partnership we covered in July.
Two premieres stand out. Mickey’s Home Alone, the new Mickey Mouse holiday special inspired by the 1990 movie, makes its Freeform premiere Saturday, December 19 at 2 p.m. Mickey and Pluto get accidentally left behind when Minnie and the gang head to an Ice Palace, and they have to protect Christmas dinner from a raccoon and a weasel. A Very Jonas Christmas Movie, which debuted on Disney+ in November 2025, makes its Freeform premiere Monday, December 7 at 9 p.m.
Christmas Day brings an encore of the Disney Parks Magical Christmas Day Parade at noon, after it airs on ABC that morning. And Home Alone fans are covered. Home Alone and Home Alone 2: Lost in New York air on 15 of the 25 days, including an all-day marathon starting at 9 a.m. on Friday, December 18.
There are a few more extras outside prime time, too. The Wonderful World of Disney: Holiday Spectacular gets an encore on Wednesday, December 2 at 11 a.m., two days after it airs on ABC. Ice Age: A Mammoth Christmas makes its Freeform premiere that same morning at 10:30 a.m., and Mickey’s Home Alone airs again on Wednesday, December 23 at 1 p.m.
A quick guide to the titles: The Grinch is the 2018 animated movie, and How the Grinch Stole Christmas is the 2000 live-action film with Jim Carrey. Disney’s A Christmas Carol is the 2009 Robert Zemeckis film, also starring Jim Carrey. If you are looking for Mickey’s Christmas Carol, that one airs on ABC on November 25 as part of ABC’s 2026 holiday schedule.
