The Wonderful World of Disney: Holiday Spectacular returns Monday, November 30, 2026 from 8 to 10 p.m. ET/PT on ABC, with new musical performances filmed at Walt Disney World and Disneyland. It is one of three big Disney events in ABC’s full 2026 holiday schedule.
ABC has not named this year’s hosts or performers yet. Last year’s special aired December 1, 2025 and featured Derek Hough, Aloe Blacc, Good Charlotte, Coco Jones, Mariah the Scientist, Bebe Rexha, Nicole Scherzinger, Gwen Stefani, Iam Tongi and Trisha Yearwood, with performances filmed at Walt Disney World, Disneyland and Aulani in Hawai’i.
Here is a tip for anyone who cannot wait. Last year, Disney posted the full Holiday Spectacular on YouTube on November 28, a few days before it aired on ABC. Disney has not said whether it will do that again this year, but we will let you know if it does.
Stay on ABC after the special for Santa Claus Is Comin’ to Town, the 1970 Rankin-Bass classic narrated by Fred Astaire, from 10 to 11 p.m. The night before, The Sound of Music airs from 7 to 11 p.m., and Mary Poppins airs on Thanksgiving night.
The Holiday Spectacular kicks off a big stretch of Disney TV on ABC. The Disney Parks Magical Christmas Day Parade follows on Christmas morning, and New Year’s Rockin’ Eve 2027 closes out the year on ABC and Disney+.
The Wonderful World of Disney: Holiday Spectacular airs Monday, November 30 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC. We will update this story when Disney announces the performers. For more Disney news, stay with Fantasy Land News.
