Disney is growing its Center for Living Well network, adding three new locations for cast members, employees, and their families. The expansion brings advanced primary care centers to a third site in Central Florida, a new location in Burbank near company headquarters, and a new site in the Anaheim region.
The Center for Living Well network has been run by Premise Health since it launched, starting with a health center and pharmacy at EPCOT in 2008, a pharmacy in Anaheim in 2013, and a health center and pharmacy in Celebration, Florida in 2020. Eric Chaisson, EVP of Total Rewards and Employee Services at Disney, said the new locations are part of a long-term effort to direct resources where they make the biggest difference for employees.
The Burbank location and the new Central Florida site will offer primary care, an onsite pharmacy, behavioral health, psychiatry, lab services, care management, and physical therapy. The Central Florida location goes a step further with medical fitness, vision, chiropractic, massage, and nutrition services. Both are targeted to open in 2027. Disney has not yet finalized the exact services or opening timeframe for the Anaheim location.
Access is limited to active cast members, employees, and family members enrolled in an eligible Disney-sponsored medical plan. Disney says patients are typically seen within five minutes of check-in, and the My Premise Health patient portal lets members schedule appointments, message their provider, and check lab results from anywhere. Premise Health COO Beth Ratliff said the two companies have spent nearly two decades building out this advanced primary care model together.
This expansion is the latest piece of Disney’s broader Total Rewards program, which spans compensation, benefits, well-being, and professional growth for its workforce.
