Hallmark Favorites Rachael Leigh Cook and Luke Macfarlane Finally Team Up Tonight in ‘Caught By Love’. Hallmark Channel continues ‘Winter Escape’ 2026 with the new movie Caught By Love. This is the first time Rachel Leigh Cook and Luke Macfarlane Hallmark Channel veterans, have teamed up for a movie. Caught By Love premieres tonight on Hallmark Channel at 8/7c and will stream the next day on Hallmark+.
Filmed in Malta, Caught By Love stars Rachel Leigh Cook as Annie and Luke Macfarlane as Jake. Annie is a guest at a resort and gets swept into an undercover operation with PI Jake and his partner, Lara, as they try to find stolen jewels.
Rachel Leigh Cook has starred in many Hallmark Channel productions, such as ‘Sisterhood, Inc.’, ‘Tis The Season To Be Merry’, and the Vineyard trilogy. Luke Macfarlane most recently was in ‘Home is Where the Heart Is’, his home renovation show on Hallmark+. He’s also starred in Hallmark Channel favorites such as ‘Catch Me if You Claus’, ‘The Mistletoe Promise’, and ‘Notes of Autumn.’
This is the third movie in January that is part of Hallmark Channel’s Winter Escape 2026. Previously released movies include Lost in Paradise, A Melbourne Match, and Love on the Amazon. Winter Escape concludes next week with Missing the Boat. February will kick off ‘Loveuary‘ with The Way to You on February 7th!
