The Walt Disney Company is having a massive awards season, locking in 27 Golden Globe Award nominations across its entire lineup of film, TV studios, and streaming services. It’s a huge showing that highlights the strength of everything from Disney+ and Hulu to Pixar and Lucasfilm.
Disney’s streaming and TV efforts got most of the love, scoring 15 nominations just from its streaming platforms, Hulu, and Disney+.
- Only Murders in the Building (Hulu/20th Television) led the charge with 4 nominations, including Best Television Series (Musical/Comedy) and nods for its star trio: Disney Legend Steve Martin, Martin Short, and Selena Gomez.
- The hit series The Bear (FX/Hulu) followed close behind with 3 nominations, including Best Television Series (Musical/Comedy) and acting nods for Jeremy Allen White and Ayo Edebiri.
