Join Enzo’s Hideaway at Disney Springs on October 11, 2025, for “The Mindful Midday Pairing Event,” in partnership with the premiere non-alcoholic spirits brand Aplós. This curated afternoon features a harmonious blend of Italian cuisine and botanical, alcohol-free beverages. Beginning at 1 p.m., guests will be escorted to a private space within Enzo’s Hideaway and welcomed with a refreshing mocktail, followed by opening remarks from Executive Chef Ben Dodaro and Aplós Liquid Creative Director, Lynnette Marrero.
Throughout the afternoon, guests will indulge in a three-course Italian culinary experience, with each dish perfectly paired with Aplós-based beverages infused with botanicals, hemp, adaptogens, and nootropics. Hand-crafted by skilled mixologists, these alcohol free cocktails redefine the drinking experience.
