Disney Starlight Nighttime Parade Times and Route Confirmed

“Disney Starlight” Nighttime Parade Times and Route Confirmed. Magic Kingdom’s “Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away” Parade Opening Night July 20th, 2025. Disney Parks and Experiences has just released the times and parade route, plus a few more details regarding merchandise, for the new nighttime parade coming to Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom. This will be the first nighttime parade to run down Main Street USA since the Main Street Electrical Parade in 2016. Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away will premiere on July 20th, 2025.

Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away — Opening July 20th, 2025 at Disney’s Magic Kingdom: Behold a dazzling nighttime parade that celebrates magical moments from Disney stories, each touched by starlight.

Dreams Come Alive – Find a sweet spot under the stars to watch Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away—a shimmering processional inspired by the classic Main Street Electrical Parade. It’s a star-kissed constellation of Disney dreams, brought to life by the magic of the Blue Fairy. Watch as enchanting moments unfold from favorite Disney and Pixar stories such as Moana, Peter Pan, Encanto, Frozen, Pinocchio, and more. It all happens along the parade route—from Frontierland to Main Street, U.S.A.

The new Disney Starlight Parade Times: 9 p.m. and 11 p.m., Magic Kingdom Park Hours: 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM. The Parade route starts in Town Square on Main Street USA, and follows the normal parade route down Main Street, up to Cinderella Castle, around the Hub, into Liberty Square, and finishes at the end of Frontierland.

The Disney Starlight parade route is smart for guests leaving at the end of the night! Instead of guests following the parade towards the front of the park and the exit, and a big crowd gathering behind the floats, the guests at the front of the park will be able to leave right away; this way, the park gets cleared from front to back. But, do not worry about getting kicked out right away, you have time to enjoy the afterglow of the new nighttime parade!

When Disney Starlight debuts on July 20, the new nighttime parade will be available at 9 p.m. and 11 p.m. The parade will begin on Main Street U.S.A. and travel along the parade route towards Frontierland to allow for better guest flow at the end of the night. Please note, Disney Starlight will not be available on evenings Magic Kingdom hosts Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. And remember, this is an outdoor parade and is subject to cancellation due to inclement weather.  “Disney Starlight,” we can’t wait to see you this summer – July 20 is going to be the dreamiest night!

Will there be “Disney Starlight” merchandise?

Of course! Sparkle along with the show with a “Disney Starlight” logo tee shirt, blanket, a Disney pin, a light-up pair of Mickey Ears with a removable bow, and a light-up bubble wand that will dance along with the parade.  Guests are highly encouraged to use Merchandise Mobile Checkout when purchasing keepsakes ahead of the parade showtimes.

What music will we hear in “Disney Starlight”?

A parade without music is like a canvas without color. Show Director Tara Anderson said it perfectly: “You’ve got to have great music to have a great experience.”

We have an original theme written specifically for “Disney Starlight” that truly embodies all the majestic and fantasy feelings you get watching a parade come down Main Street, U.S.A., with Cinderella Castle in the background. For Disney fans, this new theme may have some surprises that sound familiar – be sure to listen closely for some Disney Parks favorites woven into the score.
