Disney • Pixar Elio at Walt Disney World: Adventure, Previews, and Treats! In Theaters June 20, 2025, Pixar’s newest theatrical release, moviegoers will meet Elio, an 11-year-old whose biggest wish is to get abducted by aliens. Along with his Aunt Olga (voiced by recent Academy Award Winner, Zoe Saldaña), and Glordon, Elio’s unexpected first friend, who happens to be an alien. In this big-screen adventure, Elio will travel millions of miles across the universe, encountering a host of out-of-this-world creatures who just might help him figure out exactly where he belongs.

“Elio” Preview at Walt Disney Presents Theater in Hollywood Studios
For a limited time, get a sneak peek of the upcoming Disney Pixar film Elio with an 8-minute preview now playing at Walt Disney Presents inside the Walt Disney Theater. The preview has an introduction by the film’s stars Zoe Saldana & Yonas Kibreab, who play Olga and Elio. The preview is meant to introduce Disney World guests to the premise of the movie Elio, and it does a fabulous job of it.
After the presentation, we had a clearer understanding of the new Pixar film coming out, and it did the job of making us want to see Elio. Before seeing the Elio preview, there is a gallery to explore with artwork and statues from the production of the movie.

Scan a postcard to space inside Tomorrowland’s’ Merchant of Venus’ newest takeover, Elio’s Guide to an Intergalactic Adventure! Enjoy a cool spot to snap some photos with exclusive film backdrops featuring Elio and his new galactic friends. Speaking of cool spots, next to Merchant of Venus is Auntie Gravity’s, which now features an “Elio” inspired float!

Disney • Pixar Elio Takes Over AMC 24 at Disney Springs with Marquee, Popcorn Bucket, and Glorp Vessel
A “blue carpet” for guests to walk down as guests walk into the theater to enjoy Elio. The carpet is surrounded by movie posters featuring the characters from Pixar’s Elio, including Elio and his alien best friend Glordon. Furthermore, Grigon, Ambassadors Mira, Questa, Helix, and Tegmen are all there! By the Orange Garage entrance at Disney Springs, the AMC 24 features a new step and repeat that guests can take a picture with, it has the hashtag #elio at #disneysprings, as Glordon and Elio fly through the universe. The entrance to AMC has large banners hanging that match the step and repeat.
