The James Beard and Michelin-recognized chef and restaurateur will bring his celebrated, modern take on the quintessential American steakhouse to the Dolphin hotel at Walt Disney World. The restaurant will feature premium cuts of beef and seafood infused with global flavors, showcasing the three core elements of Mina’s culinary philosophy: product, technique, and presentation. Guests can also enjoy expertly crafted cocktails, an extensive wine list, and decadent signature desserts.
This highly anticipated opening marks the newest addition to the complex’s collection of 23 restaurants and lounges, joining Todd English’s bluezoo, Rosa Mexicano, and Il Mulino New York Trattoria among others, continuing the property’s tradition of culinary excellence.
