WDW Annual Passholders: Meet Dopey at Epcot’s Germany Pavilion for Passholder Days! Images and Video. Last week, Walt Disney World Annual Passholders‘ social media announced a very special meet and greet for members only. Today was the first day, and we found out the meet and greet was Dopey from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.
Dopey will be meeting passholders from June 9, 2025, until July 31, 2025. He will be out daily from 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST in Der Teddybar in the Germany Pavilion.
Disney AP holders can check in at the alcove near the entrance to Biergarten Restaurant, if a virtual queue is needed. Just look for the Check-In sign and podium. Once you get called back and checked in, Der Teddybar has installed a wall separating the merchandise section from the meet and greet area. The new room is decorated to look like the inside of the Seven Dwarfs’ cabin.
The line through the new cabin moved fast. There is a Disney Photopass photographer who will take your pictures, and Cast Members are there to help if you would like a selfie or to have an image taken on a personal device.
At the far wall is Dopey himself, looking brand new and fresh. The lighting is not the greatest, and some of our shots made Dopey appear to have black lipstick on!
Originally, we speculated on who the character would be: “Exactly who? We do not know; it is a secret, but we have guesses. We can only think of one major teddy bear, which belongs to Mickey Mouse, who, for years, held a meet and greet at Epcot. That bear would be Duffy! Except our theory may be wrong, since the WDW account added Diamonds and Eyes in their IG post. It is in the Germany Pavilion at Epcot. So, think of all the characters that go along with that area, like Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. One particular one… Dopey!” In the end, we were correct.

V.I.PASSHOLDER Summer Days Character Greeting – Passholders—add a little extra magic to your summer when you meet a beloved Disney pal.
Get ready for a fun surprise! A popular Disney Character will be at Der Teddybar in the Germany Pavilion. They’ll be hanging out from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM from June 9 through July 31, 2025. Don’t miss your chance to stop by for a hug and a photo.
Due to possible high demand, please arrive early to have an opportunity to join the queue.
Important Information – Offer valid for Walt Disney World Resort Passholders. Each Passholder must present their valid Annual Pass card or linked MagicBand, MagicBand+, or Disney MagicMobile pass and a valid photo ID to be eligible to participate in the Character greeting. To enter EPCOT, Passholders must have a valid admission and a theme park reservation for EPCOT on the same date. Or you can enter EPCOT without a reservation on a good-to-go day or after 2:00 PM.
