Disney Character Create Your Own Headband: Hats Now Available. Disney headbands have become a trendy way to personalize your look and showcase your favorite characters by adding miniature plush heads. Since their debut in August 2024, Disney has continuously expanded the character options available. Recently, adding Pluto, Goofy, Eeyore, and five Star Wars characters. Now, for those who prefer hats, Disney has introduced a baseball cap design that can accommodate up to two of these adorable plush heads.
The hat is black and costs $14.99. It has two slots on either side of the hat. Those slots are located where Mickey’s or Minnie’s ears would normally be placed on a Disney hat. You can see these in the images below.
Side Note: You also do not need to buy the off-the-rack headband, we found you can also add these Disney plush character heads to backpacks, belts, wear them as accessories, and they can be attached to other Disney Ears. We got ourselves the Mickey Mouse Ears and added a Mickey plush to it.

The Emporium sells them at Magic Kingdom and the Riverside Depot at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Finally, Disney Ever After in Disney Springs, which gets the newest Heads first.
