Just Announced: Destination D23 Tickets To Go On Sale Mid-April. Destination D23 is the major fan event at Walt Disney World every other year. While D23: The Ultimate Fan event happens opposite years and is held in Anaheim, California. The weekend is filled with announcements, sneak peeks, and behind-the-scenes stories from across the many facets of The Walt Disney Company, including Walt Disney World Imagineering, Walt Disney Archives, and Walt Disney Studios.
D23 returns to The Most Magical Place on Earth for the biggest Disney fan event 2025… now at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort at Walt Disney World Resort, from August 29 – 31, 2025! Today, during the D23 Event Spotlight Series at AMC24 in Disney Springs, Michael Vargo, President of Walt Disney D23, announced that more ticket information will be released in early April 2025. Tickets will go on sale in mid-April. As Michael Vargo said, “Announcing the ticket Information and on sale dates will give fans and members more time to prepare.”
If today’s announcements at the SXSW conference are any indication, we could be seeing some major news at Destination D23 this year at Walt Disney World. We got more information about Mandalorian & Grogu Smugglers Run Missions along with BDX droids coming to Disney’s Hollywood Studio’s. Looking ahead to the 2025 Destination D23 event, attendees can anticipate a similar array of exclusive experiences that were hallmarks of the 2023 gathering. In 2023, D23 Gold Members enjoyed the opportunity to purchase tickets, with options for general and preferred admission, which granted access to guaranteed seating at all panels and presentations. These tickets also unlocked exclusive shopping opportunities at member-only pop-up shops, such as Mickey’s of Glendale and The Walt Disney Company Store, as well as the unique Ink & Paint Marketplace.
Tickets in 2023 were $329.00 for General, and a Preferred Ticket was $549.00
