First Look at “Playalong Bay Play Garden” Coming to Epcot’s Flower & Garden 2025. Disney Parks released a slew of new information today about the upcoming 30th anniversary of Epcot’s International Flower & Garden Festival 2025. The Festival runs March 5 through June 2 and features world-class topiaries, festive gardens, Butterfly Landing, and, of course, food booths and the Garden Rocks Concert Series. Newly added is a children’s playground called Playalong Bay Play Garden, presented by Smucker’s Uncrustables.
Updated 3/3/2025 – We have added new images of Playalong Bay Play Garden. Which now features a photo shoot for kids to stick their heads into and look like an octopus eating an Uncrustable. The new play area also has new gardens placed in the entranceway that feature ropes and flowers that you would see at a North East beach like Cap Code. We also got a few shots of the new food booth, Beach Grub.
If EPCOT is your favorite park, then you know just how valuable it is to stay at an EPCOT region resort; strolling from your room right to International Gateway is a lovely way to start your park day. Speaking of the EPCOT region resorts, the new Playalong Bay Play Garden presented by Smucker’s Uncrustables pays homage to one of our famous resort pools, mixing fun for the whole family with adventure on the high seas. This new nautically inspired playground will be located between the Imagination! pavilion and the entrance to World Showcase.
From the monorail vantage point, you can see a lot of new climbing areas, a rope seesaw on springs, balance beam. Furthermore, the whole area will have a protective flooring to keep the young ones safe while doing all this climbing and running.
The area was once a playground, and we normally see a re-theme of the playground on the backside of the Creation shop. This time it looks like Disney and Epcot are transforming the whole area. This will be the first new playground at any Disney Park in a while, and it is great to see.
