Tinkerbell Topiary and Her Fairy Garden Return to Epcot for 2025 Flower & Garden Festival. In the UK Pavilion at Epcot during Epcot’s International Flower & Garden Festival you can spot some of the classic Disney characters that were based in England. Winnie-The-Pooh and the 100-acre Woods friends, Peter Pan with Hook and Tik Tok Croc, and you can’t have Peter Pan and not include Tinkerbell in topiary form!
Tinkerbell and her fairy garden houses returned in 2025. She is located on the World Showcase walkway across from the entrance to the UK Pavilion Gardens, and next to Yorkshire County Fish Shop. Tinkerbell has her arms outstretched and her wings look real enough that they may start moving at any moment. She is surrounded by various fairy houses made of discarded bits of wood, bark, and stuff you would find on the forest floor, except for one house.
If you look close enough, you will spot a red roller skate with white polka dots. So, either some poor kid lost one roller skate, or Mickey and Minnie Mouse lived in the fairy garden with Tink! I mean, it is mouse-sized! Find magic in bloom at an event full of flowers, flavor and fun—March 5 to June 2, 2025!

Walt Disney originally considered creating “living” topiaries when seeing traditional topiary gardening in Europe. Walt eventually then asked animators and Disneyland landscape teams to do their magic – as seen in a rare Disneyland Resort photo from our archives.
In 1963, there were 24 original Disneyland park topiaries, including a waltzing hippo, a poodle, a pig, bears, elephants, seals, and giraffes. In 1966, they were permanently planted at “it’s a small world.”
Continuing that tradition started by Walt himself, you can see some topiaries still made the old-fashioned way. No frills or extra colors and flowers added, Mickey Mouse and an Elephant (Jumbo? Dumbo?, or just an elephant on parade) sit in the English Garden by the hedge maze near the entrance to the Winnie-The-Pooh meet and greet in the UK pavilion.
The EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival takes root during the time of year when the park is full of beautiful character topiaries, delightful gardens, and delicious menus full of grown goodness. Keep an eye out because details about merchandise, menus and more will sprout up soon; there’s so “mulch” to enjoy!
And did you know that in 2025, we’re celebrating thirty years of Flower & Garden? We can’t wait for you to join us in enjoying the culmination of three decades of planting, propagating, and producing memories between friends and families visiting EPCOT at its springtime best.
