Morimoto Asia Disney Springs – “Let’s Get Ready to Ramen Rumble” Jan 27 2025.
Back by popular demand, Morimoto Asia is proud to announce that the 7th Ramen Rumble will take place on Monday, Jan. 27. This electrifying culinary competition brings together five of Central Florida’s best and brightest chefs, who will present a unique style of ramen, each made with creative toppings and textures for guests to sample and vote on. Participating Chefs will compete for the “Ramen Royalty of Central Florida” championship title, bragging rights, and the coveted “Broth Belt” trophy.
This year’s lineup of participating restaurants and chefs includes notable names like Chef Nikk Burton of The Monroe, Chef David Tsan of Norigami, Chef Tatsuki Takayama of WA Ramen, Chef Eliot Hillis of Red Panda Noodle, and Chef Jamie Riccardo Martinez of Tutto Italia.

In partnership with event founders Sue & Jason Chin of Good Salt Restaurant Group, five of Orlando’s best and brightest chefs will compete for the championship title, bragging rights, and the coveted “Broth Belt” trophy. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to our charity partner, Give Kids the World.
Each contestant will operate their station and present a unique style of ramen filled with creative toppings and interesting textures for guests to sample and vote on — crowning the next Ramen Royalty of Central Florida.

📝 Check-in
• Early check-in for either session starts at 3 p.m. on the first-floor patio. We recommend that you check in early to avoid waiting in line.
• You will be issued a lanyard with your assigned table number. Wear your lanyard to get into the event and during it.
• Please have valid ID ready to verify your age is 21+.
🍽️ Tables
• One of our reservationists will call you prior to the event to organize tables for larger groups.
• Tables are assigned to each reservation with any requests accommodated if possible.
• If you prefer to sit outside, our second-floor patio has seating with umbrellas.
• We may not be able to move guests to other tables due to the number of reservations.
⏰ Event Timing
• For the 5:30 p.m. session, doors to the restaurant open at 5:15 p.m. The event ends promptly at 7:30 p.m. to prepare for the next session.
• For the 8:00 p.m. session, doors open at 8 p.m. and the event ends at 10 p.m.
