Fandango’s Bundle of Doom pairs one movie ticket to Avengers: Doomsday with a collectible Doctor Doom Statue Bucket for $79.99, plus shipping. The bundle is available for pre-order now on the Fandango store, and the statue bucket begins shipping in November, ahead of the movie’s December 18 release.
Robert Downey Jr. plays Doctor Doom in the film, and this is the newest piece of Doomsday theater merch, joining the AMC Doctor Doom Mask Light and the rest of the lineup we are tracking on our Avengers: Doomsday popcorn buckets page.
The Doctor Doom Statue Bucket is a bust of Doom from the chest up, arms crossed, in his green hood and silver armor with a chain across his shoulders. The popcorn goes in through an opening in the back of his hood and cape, so the front stays a clean display piece once the movie is over. Fandango’s product photos show Doom’s eyes glowing green, but the listing does not say whether the bucket lights up, so do not count on it until we see one in hand.
The ticket is the other half of the value. Fandango’s promo code is good for one ticket to Avengers: Doomsday in any format at participating theaters, including IMAX, Dolby, or other premium screenings. If a premium ticket near you runs about $20 to $25, that puts the statue bucket at roughly $55 to $60 before shipping. That is our estimate, since ticket prices vary by theater. For comparison, Fandango’s Street Fighter Collector’s Pack in October was $44.99 for a ticket, a tin, and a lenticular.
