Fans who can’t make it to Anaheim for D23 2026 will still be able to watch the Kingdom Hearts panel live. Disney has confirmed the panel will stream for free on Disney’s YouTube channel on August 15 at 4:30 PM PT, which is 7:30 PM ET.
The panel, part of FLN’s ongoing Deep Dive into Kingdom Hearts coverage, is billed as a behind-the-scenes look at the making of the games. Confirmed guests so far include Nana Gadd of Disney and Pixar Games, Tai Yasue of Square Enix, Haley Joel Osment, the voice of Sora, David Gallagher, the voice of Riku, and Renée Johnson of Disney Character Voices.
Having Osment and Gallagher both confirmed suggests this panel will lean into the story and character side of the franchise rather than just development talk, which is a good sign for fans still processing news from the Kingdom Hearts 4 gameplay reveal on Nintendo Switch 2 back in June.
No word yet on whether new Kingdom Hearts 4 footage will show up during the panel itself, but given the guest list, it would be a surprise if the game didn’t come up. FLN will update this article as more details are confirmed ahead of the August 15 livestream.
