La Poutinerie Hosted by Air Canada is opening July 1, 2026 at the Canada Pavilion in EPCOT, bringing authentic Quebec-style poutine and Canadian drinks to World Showcase for the first time in a dedicated restaurant experience.
The new location arrives on Canada Day, which feels intentional and entirely appropriate. The menu centers on two poutine builds: the Quebec L’authentique (French fries, cheese curds, and brown gravy) and the Montreal Viande Fumee (French fries, cheese curds, smoked meat, pickles, and mustard gravy). There is also a non-alcoholic Spiced Apple Slushy made from frozen ginger beer blended with lime and spiced apple.

On the drinks side, guests can order Unibroue La Fin du Monde Belgian-style Tripel Ale, Molson Canadian Lager, Domaine Ste. Michelle Sparkling Brut from Columbia Valley, and Jackson-Triggs Reserve Red Blend.
The Canada Pavilion has long been one of World Showcase’s most underrated stops, and a dedicated poutinerie gives it a genuine food identity anchor to match. For EPCOT fans who have been eating around the world for years, this is a welcome addition that leans into authenticity rather than approximation.
Our Take: We love the poutine at the Canada Pavilion, and we cannot wait to see what La Poutinerie does with it. A real beauty, eh? See you July 1.
