Cinemark is bringing two sculpted popcorn buckets to theaters for Illumination’s Minions & Monsters, opening July 1. Check out our full coverage of Minions & Monsters theater collectibles as they are announced.
The James & Irene Popcorn Bucket shows a Minion partially swallowed by a bulging, many-eyed monster. The James & Goomi Popcorn Bucket puts a suit-wearing Minion alongside a small green creature. Both are shaped figures, not standard printed tubs, making them the standout collectibles of the theatrical run.
Beyond the buckets, Cinemark has an exclusive Cowboy Souvenir Cup, a North America-exclusive shaped cup featuring a Minion in a cowboy hat and bandana. The full lineup also includes a Super Snack Pack and Plush Combo (64oz tin, 16oz cup, and one plush), a 130oz Popcorn Tin, a 32oz ICEE Cup, and two themed blankets. The combo and plush items are available at select theaters while supplies last, with plush availability varying by location.
Everything releases when the film opens on July 1.
What is Minions & Monsters about?
The film tells the rambunctious, ridiculous, and totally true story of how the Minions conquered Hollywood, became movie stars, lost everything, unleashed monsters onto the world, and then banded together to try and save the planet from the mayhem they had just created.
