Bluey’s Wild World at Conservation Station soft opened today at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, and Fantasy Land News was on the ground for the games, the characters, the new merchandise, and every moment in between.

Bluey’s Wild World is a Bluey-themed experience set inside Conservation Station at Rafiki’s Planet Watch in Disney’s Animal Kingdom. The only way to reach it is by boarding the Wildlife Express Train, departing from near Harambe Market in Africa. Once you step off the train, you are inside one of the most fun interactive spaces Animal Kingdom has ever offered families.

The experience transformed the former Conservation Station rotunda into a fully immersive space that fans of the show will recognize instantly. Walk-around scenery and murals from the world of Bluey line the walls, lush tropical plants fill the center stage area, and the whole room carries the warm, playful energy the show is known for. Kids who know Bluey will recognize exactly what they are walking into the moment they step through the door. It is fun with the sisters, and that framing is felt throughout.

The Wildlife Express Train journey from Harambe Station is part of the experience now, not just the transport to get there. Disney added a new voiceover for the ride featuring Bandit, Bluey, Bingo, and Chilli welcoming guests to the adventure ahead. It is a small touch that sets the tone immediately and gets younger guests genuinely excited before they even arrive. If you have a Bluey fan in your group, expect them to light up the moment they hear those familiar voices through the speakers.

Once inside, guests can play games and dance with Bluey and Bingo in activities that have a fun animal twist, like butterfly Keepy Uppy. We got to play Keepy Uppy ourselves, keeping the balloons in the air with the crowd, and join in the act-like-animals segments led by an energetic host in a Hawaiian shirt who kept the energy high throughout the show. The room was packed and buzzing, and the crowd loved every minute of it.

What stood out is how well the experience works for the full range of ages in the room. Little ones are right at home following along with the movement games. Parents who know every episode are just as entertained. The characters move through the crowd, interact with kids directly, and bring the kind of warmth the show is known for. Bingo especially got a huge reaction from the youngest guests in the room.

Disney put real care into this transformation. The Conservation Station rotunda now reads like a step into an episode of the show. Illustrated murals line the upper walls in the signature Bluey art style, the center stage is designed around the natural rock work already in the building and dressed with tropical plants and Bluey-themed elements, and the lighting and sound design make it feel like a complete world rather than a themed overlay.

Unlike the rest of the entertainment slate for Cool Kids’ Summer, Bluey’s Wild World is not just a limited-time event. No end date has been announced. Disney has built this space to last, and it shows in the quality of what is here.

Step back outside and you will find Jumping Junction, a new habitat area featuring kangaroos and wallabies. The signage along the path is branded in Bluey’s signature style with “Care” banners featuring Australian wildlife artwork, tying the conservation mission of Animal Kingdom directly to Bluey’s home country. For families coming from the main experience, Jumping Junction gives kids a chance to see real-life animals connected to the world they just played in. It is a natural extension that Animal Kingdom is uniquely positioned to deliver.

Here is what we would tell a friend heading there during Cool Kids’ Summer: the air conditioning is not a footnote. Florida in late May and through the summer is hot and humid, and the Wildlife Express Train and Conservation Station give you a genuine, comfortable indoor break in the middle of a park day. Taking a break with Bluey and Bingo inside a well-cooled space is one of the smartest moves you can make during the summer months at Animal Kingdom. Plan this as your midday reset and you will thank yourself.

The Merchandise: Full Price Guide

A dedicated wave of Bluey merchandise is now available at Island Mercantile and inside Conservation Station. At the time of the opening, Disney had a two-item-per-guest limit on Bluey merchandise. We photographed the full price menus on the ground so you know exactly what to expect before you go.

The Booster Pin Set and Bluey OE Pin prices were partially cut off on our on-site menu photo. The individual Bluey OE Pin is consistent with Disney’s standard $14.99 trading pin pricing based on prior releases. We will update with confirmed pricing as soon as it is verified.

The apparel selection we saw in person ranged from the white Bluey and Bingo Walt Disney World tee featuring the iconic “D” graphic to the soft blue Bingo-centered tee and several tie-dye options. The plush selection at Island Mercantile had Bluey and Bingo HugMees front and center, and the Studio Collection figurines were displayed alongside the full character lineup.

Our Take:

Bluey’s Wild World is the real deal. Disney did not build a quick overlay here. The space is genuinely thoughtful, the games are interactive in a way that actually works with a crowd, and the character energy is some of the best we have seen in a meet-and-greet format at Walt Disney World. The train ride voiceover is a small bonus that earns its keep. For families visiting this summer, this is the stop we would put near the top of the Animal Kingdom day. Because the experience closes earlier than the rest of the park at 3:45 p.m. and requires a virtual queue through the My Disney Experience app, guests should join the virtual queue at 7 a.m. from anywhere, before they even arrive at the park. Plan ahead and this will be one of the highlights of your summer trip.
