New This Year: The Make Memories Package

Alongside the returning Be Merry and Find Magic ticket packages, both of which include more offerings in 2026 than in previous years, Hallmark is introducing Make Memories, the most immersive package the experience has offered. Make Memories includes access to all Stars on Stage panels and the Saturday Night Showcase with designated seating, an Exclusive Meet and Greet Breakfast with Hallmark Stars, a dedicated onsite service desk, exclusive access to the Make Memories lounge, and a new offering called An Exclusive Inside Look at Hallmark, described as a rare and intimate opportunity to discover the stories, history, and creativity behind the Hallmark brand.

What Is Happening at the Experience

New for 2026, the experience introduces themed weekends and elevated programming that give guests a look behind the curtain at highly anticipated Countdown to Christmas premieres including Holiday Ever After: A Disney World Wish Come True and A Grand Biltmore Christmas, as well as fan-favorite series When Calls the Heart and Hope Valley: 1874. Returning fan-favorite programming includes Stars on Stage panels, Saturday Night Showcases, and Create and Learn workshops with Hallmark artists and writers, plus Signature Dining Experiences.

Crown Center Square remains free and open to the public, featuring nightly light shows on the one-hundred-foot Mayor’s Christmas Tree and surrounding buildings, live musical performances, a Christmas market with local and regional vendors, the Hallmark Card sending station, festive food and drink, and event-exclusive merchandise. The experience returns in partnership with Balsam Hill and Spoonful of Comfort.

Our Take: Weekend Three is the one we are watching most closely. Bethany Joy Lenz coming off the Hope Valley: 1874 Season 2 renewal, Lori Loughlin, Erin Krakow, Jill Hennessy, and the full When Calls the Heart core cast in one room is an extraordinary weekend for Hallmark fans. But every weekend has a marquee reason to go, and if you have been on the fence about making the Kansas City trip, the 2026 lineup makes the decision very easy.
