Halloween DIY Mickey & Minnie Headbands Arrive at Disney World. Vampire Mickey, Witch Minnie, and a Disney Halloween Mickey Ear Pumpkin are the next set of Disney’s Create Your Own Headband Character Halloween Heads to arrive for Halloween 2025 at Walt Disney World. The new Disney Create Your Own Headband characters can be found at Island Merchantile on Discovery Island at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Each new Character Plush Halloween Head is priced at $11.99.
Vampire Mickey sports fangs, an orange and black collar, and a vest, giving him the appearance of Count Mickey Mouse. Witch Minnie wears a black witch’s hat with an orange band and a matching orange collar. The new Pumpkin Head features a charming Disney pumpkin with two smaller pumpkins as Mickey ears and Mickey’s classic face.
This is the second set of Disney Halloween Create Your Own Headband Character Plush heads to be released for 2025. They join the Hitchhiking Ghosts that were previously released and being sold at Ever After in Disney Springs, and at all four Parks.
For the first time, guests can enjoy putting Mickey and Minnie in their festive costumes onto a headband of their own, as well as over 20 other characters, are available at the “Create Your Own Headband”. Prices for creating a headband are $9.99 for the base Headband and $11.99 for each accessory.
