Destination D23 Exclusive Pins and Random Selection Process Details. Walt Disney World is hosting Destination D23 on August 29th-31st at the Coronado Springs Resort and Convention Center. We are just under two months from what Disney is calling “the biggest event of its kind—adventurers in attendance can look forward to celebrating beloved moments and memories with behind-the-scenes stories, very special guests, and incredible performances.”
D23 has emailed Gold Members who had previously purchased tickets to Destination D23 2025 with new Pin shopping details, along with a catalog of each store’s selections. These pins are very collectible and people normally stand in long lines for a chance to purchase them. Now guests can join the Random Selection Process for a chance to pre-purchase these pins, without standing in line! You will be able to pick up your purchases starting Aug 29th, 2025.
We are excited to offer all Destination D23 attendees a way to purchase exclusive limited-edition pins from Mickey’s of Glendale, the Disney Studio Store Hollywood, and The Walt Disney Company Store.
Rather than wait in line to purchase pins in-store during the event, all registered attendees will have the opportunity to participate in a random selection process (RSP) by submitting their preferences from Monday, July 7, through Friday, July 18, 2025. Registered attendees will receive three separate emails, each with a unique link to submit preferences from the locations listed below.
Participation in the RSP is exclusive for registered Destination D23 badge holders and is non-transferable. Any attempt to transfer such RSP participation to a third party may result in revocation of the badge holder’s admission to Destination D23.
