Aerial Images of Miss Piggy Fountain Removed from Muppets Courtyard in Hollywood Studios. Images were just posted from @bioreconstruct on Twitter showing the Miss Piggy Fountain, and all the characters removed. The Miss Piggy Fountain was the centerpeice of the Muppets Courtyard in Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and is now gone.

The Muppet Courtyard, home to Muppet*Vision 3D, Studio One store, PizzaRizzo’s, It’s a Wonderful Shop, and memories to last a lifetime has officially closed on June 8th, 2025. On June 11th, 2025, wooden walls were placed, blocking the entrance. An artist’s rendering of the future home of Pixar’s Monsters Inc. is now in place, along with a mural of Mike Wazowski and James P. Sullivan. On either side of those murals are a sign with 23-19, and “I’m watching you, Mike Wazowski!” The famous saying from Roz.

We got over to the former Muppets Courtyard, soon to be Monstropolis aka Monsters Inc. Land to check for ourselves, and we can confirm these images are real. Below are photos from last week when the Miss Piggy fountain was still operational, and today with no Miss Piggy in sight.

Bioreconstruct posted just a few hours ago aerial images from above Muppets Courtyard.

The Miss Piggy Fountain was the centerpiece in Muppets Courtyard at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. It depicted Miss Piggy dressed as the Statue of Liberty, holding a torch. Miss Piggy was surrounded by the smaller Muppet fish each one a fountain. The Muppets Rats were shown in various ways. Rizzo, Yolanda, and others were seen fishing for coins, diving for money, and just hanging out.

Originally, the fountain also included statues of other Muppets like Fozzie Bear and Gonzo. Fozzie used to hold a street sign that said Wakka Wakka this way.
