Disney • Pixar Elio Takes Over AMC 24 at Disney Springs with Marquee, Popcorn Bucket, and Glorp Vessel. A “blue carpet” for guests to walk down as guests walk into the theater to enjoy Elio. The carpet is surrounded by movie posters featuring the characters from Pixar’s Elio, including Elio and his alien best friend Glordon. Furthermore, Grigon, Ambassadors Mira, Questa, Helix, and Tegmen are all there!
By the Orange Garage entrance at Disney Springs, the AMC 24 features a new step and repeat that guests can take a picture with, it has the hashtag #elio at #disneysprings, as Glordon and Elio fly through the universe. The entrance to AMC has large banners hanging that match the step and repeat.
For guests at Walt Disney World, there is also Elio’s Guide To An Intergalactic Adventure in Tomorrowland at the Magic Kingdom during Cool Kid Summer!
In Theaters June 20, 2025, Pixar’s newest theatrical release, moviegoers will meet Elio, an 11-year-old whose biggest wish is to get abducted by aliens. Along with his Aunt Olga (voiced by recent Academy Award Winner, Zoe Saldaña), and Glordon, Elio’s unexpected first friend, who happens to be an alien. In this big-screen adventure, Elio will travel millions of miles across the universe, encountering a host of out-of-this-world creatures who just might help him figure out exactly where he belongs.
