The Bootlegger’s Dinner returns to Enzo’s Hideaway at Disney Springs on Thursday, December 10, 2026, at 6 p.m., this time with WhistlePig whiskeys, including two Boss Hog editions. The five-course dinner costs $276 per person, which includes the 20% tip, and it is for guests 21 and older. That is a big step up from the Código 1530 tequila dinner in February, which was three courses for $85 plus tax and tip.
The menu: Each course comes with its own WhistlePig pour.
- Crudo e Caviale: Red prawns and Russian Osetra caviar, with a WhistlePig PiggyBack 6 Year Rye cocktail topped with champagne.
- Salumi, Formaggi e Pane: Cured meats, cheeses, house focaccia and whipped lardo, with a WhistlePig 10 Year Rye cocktail.
- Paccheri al Ragù di Cinghiale Bianco: House-made pasta with milk-braised wild boar ragù and fresh white truffle, with WhistlePig Boss Hog XII “Feather & Flame” and Boss Hog XIII “The Golden Pharaoh.”
- Wagyu Giapponese: A5 Japanese wagyu with roasted squash, mushrooms, bourbon-maple demi-glace and black truffle, with a 10 Year Rye cocktail made with brown butter and WhistlePig’s barrel-aged maple syrup.
- Caramel Whiskey Custard: With cinnamon oat streusel and spiced apple, plus a creamy PiggyBack rye cocktail with brandy.
You can also add a pour of WhistlePig “Beholden” 21 Year Single Malt. Enzo’s has not listed a price for it.
Your guide: Ingrid Rodriguez, a WhistlePig brand educator and the current president of the United States Bartenders’ Guild, will walk guests through each pour.
Why whiskey fans will book it: Boss Hog is WhistlePig’s limited yearly release, and bottles usually sell for hundreds of dollars. Getting two of them side by side with a pasta course is the main draw.
Where it is: Enzo’s Hideaway is the speakeasy-style restaurant in The Landing at Disney Springs, built to look like a hidden tunnel from the Prohibition days. That is where the Bootlegger’s Dinner name comes from.
How to book: Tickets are on Tock. The dinner runs from 6 to 8 p.m., and space is limited. Tock now shows the 20% tip in the ticket price because of new Federal Trade Commission rules, so there is no surprise tip at the end.
Our take: This is a splurge, but it is a fair one. Five courses with caviar, A5 wagyu, white truffle and two Boss Hog pours would cost a lot more if you ordered them on your own. If you love whiskey, this is the Bootlegger’s Dinner to book. If you just want a fun night out, wait for the next one.
