The Nightmare Before Christmas Santa Jack popcorn bucket, an 85 oz Jack Skellington head with a light-up grin, is now sold at AMC Theatres, Regal, Cinemark, Marcus Theatres and the El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood for the film’s October 2026 return to theaters. Fantasy Land News first spotted it at Swan Drive-In on September 18. Every chain and price is below, and our movie theater popcorn buckets guide has the rest of this fall’s lineup. Open the hat, fill it with popcorn, and Jack lights up. That’s the whole thing, and it’s great.
The bucket is sculpted as Jack Skellington’s head wearing his red and white Sandy Claws hat. Open the hat and the popcorn goes inside. An LED lights up Jack’s grin, powered by AAA batteries that load through the base. It holds 85 oz and measures 9 by 10.5 by 11 inches. Retailers list it as hand wash only, so keep it out of the dishwasher.
Online prices run from $35.99 to $39.95 for the same bucket. Marcus has the lowest listed price at $35.99. AMC listed it at $36.99 before it sold out online. Cinemark and Swan Drive-In both list it at $39.95.
The El Capitan has the biggest lineup. Along with the Santa Jack Container, it sells a sculpted Jack Skellington popcorn bucket with Zero and a jack-o’-lantern on a Disney Parks strap. There is also a Mayor sipper and a Zero straw clip, each with a fountain drink, plus an Oogie Boogie glow cube. Prices are not posted, and everything is available while supplies last.
AMC Theatres has the bucket in theaters for the re-release, which returned to screens the first week of October. AMC’s online shop is sold out for now, with a notify-me button on the page. Regal is selling it at select theaters as the Santa Jack Light-Up Popcorn Container, and it comes with a large popcorn. It is available while supplies last, and Regal has not posted a price. Cinemark sells it at select theaters with an XL popcorn and a free same-day refill, while supplies last. The Cinemark Shop also sells it online and ships within the U.S. Marcus Theatres sells the same 85 oz bucket through its Only In Theatres online shop.
Swan Drive-In in Blue Ridge, Georgia, still lists the bucket in its online shop. Swan has been early on several Disney buckets this fall, including the HEXED cauldron bucket that went on sale this week. For the buckets sold inside the parks, see our Disney popcorn buckets guide.
