The New Jersey Devils Playable Rink Popcorn Bucket is on sale at Prudential Center for the 2026-27 NHL season, and it costs $29.99. The limited-edition, refillable tin from the Devils and Levy has a lid shaped like a hockey rink, with two nets and working flippers that let you shoot popcorn for goals.

Hockey is the third sport where we have covered a Levy collectible this year. Earlier today it was the Ohio State football helmet popcorn bucket and its nacho-filled twin at Michigan State. Last season it was basketball, which we broke down in our look at how the NBA is dunking on the movie theater popcorn bucket trend. All of it borrows from the collectibles we track on our Movie Theater Popcorn Buckets hub.

The bucket is a rectangular metal tin in Devils red, with black and white stripes and the team logo on the side. The lid is where it gets fun. A black frame surrounds a white sheet of ice with a red center line, two blue lines, blue goal creases and the Devils logo at center ice. A net sits at each end. Four red knobs at the corners work the flippers in front of the goals, the same way a pinball machine does. Drop a piece of popcorn on the ice and it becomes the puck. The rest of the popcorn sits under the rink.

The price listed on the concession menu at Prudential Center is $29.99, and we think that is fair. Movie theater buckets we cover regularly land between $30 and $60. This one is a metal tin you can refill, and it has a game on top with moving parts. A lid also means less popcorn on the stairs on the way to your seat. The Devils have not said what a refill costs, and we will add that when we have it.

The Devils announced the bucket on September 24 as part of their new concessions for the 2026-27 season. The team said it is “building on the success and rising popularity of concession souvenir items.” Two more collectibles are in the same lineup. One is a light-up pitchfork cup for soft drinks and beer. The other is a food helmet bowl inspired by Hall of Fame goaltender Martin Brodeur. The announcement did not list prices for those two.

That Brodeur bowl is worth a second look. A helmet you eat out of is the same idea Levy put into Ohio Stadium and Spartan Stadium today. Levy is the food and hospitality partner at Prudential Center, and the same ideas keep turning up across its buildings. If your team plays in one of them, a bucket like this could be coming your way. The Playable Rink Popcorn Bucket is available at Prudential Center this season.
