The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin is pouring a different Halloween cocktail each week through October 31, running Saturday costume contests and adding Thanksgiving menus at five restaurants on November 26. All of it leads into the Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic on November 20 and 21.
Halloween Cocktails and Costume Contests
One cocktail is featured each week at Bourbon Steak by Michael Mina, Todd English’s bluezoo, Phins Lounge, Amare, Kimonos and other bars across the three hotels.
Fantasia runs through Saturday, October 10. It has Three Olives Vodka, Chambord, Mozart White Chocolate liqueur, honey blossom syrup and oat milk with a red honey rim. Blood Moon Lychee runs October 11 to 17 with Maestro Dobel Tequila, lychee juice, lemon and cherry syrup.
Haunted Harvest runs October 18 to 24 with Three Olives Vodka, Prosecco, apple juice, caramel butter syrup, lime and orgeat. Gravedigger closes the month from October 25 to 31. It is a Negroni variation made with Kraken Rum, crème de banana, Antica vermouth and Aperol. The resort posted the cocktails on Instagram.
Lagoon Games, Lanes & Eats at the Dolphin holds a costume contest every Saturday at 5 p.m. through October 24. That leaves October 10, 17 and 24. The resort’s flyer lists the grand prize as a $25 card and a shake or sundae.
The resort’s Halloween page adds two things the announcement left out. Anyone in costume gets a treat from the chef at the sit-down restaurants in October. A second round of contests for kids and adults is set for 5:30 p.m. on Halloween night at the Dolphin’s Cabana Deck and the Swan Reserve pool deck.

Thanksgiving Menus and Fall Dishes
Garden Grove at the Swan has a Thanksgiving buffet with roasted turkey, glazed ham, seared grouper and made-to-order Mickey Waffles.
Four restaurants are adding turkey dishes to their regular menus. Bourbon Steak has a Slow-Roast Turkey Roulade, Turkey Pot Pie and Roasted Pumpkin Cheesecake. Todd English’s bluezoo has a Turkey Roulade. Il Mulino has Ballottina di Tacchino. Amare at the Swan Reserve has Turkey Breast Milanese.
The resort has not released the buffet price or seating times. Reservations are at swandolphin.com or OpenTable.
Four fall dishes stay on menus all season. Bourbon Steak has a Hay-Smoked Tomahawk Steak with fondant potatoes and red wine demi glace. Il Mulino has Ossobuco with creamy polenta, roasted vegetables and gremolata. Bluezoo has a Harvest Salad with roasted acorn squash, pomegranate, candied walnuts and maple goat cheese mousse. Tangerine at the Swan Reserve has Lamb Kofta with tzatziki and a fennel and apple salad.
Food & Wine Classic Returns November 20 and 21
The 17th annual Classic runs 5 to 9 p.m. both nights with unlimited food and drink tastings. Single-night tickets were $215 when we reported the dates in March, with 10 percent off a two-night bundle. We have the full 2026 menus and the details on the first joint tasting from Michael Mina and Todd English. Tickets are at FoodAndWineClassic.com, and the resort’s 2026 Classic reel is on Instagram.
Our Take
The cocktails are the easy win. One drink at Phins after a day at EPCOT costs you the price of a drink, not an event ticket. Thanksgiving is the gap. A holiday buffet with no posted price is hard to plan a family day around, so get that number before you commit.
