Disney’s Frozen Fan Fest is back starting today, October 1, with new Frozen toys, dolls and dress-up from Disney Consumer Products, a new storybook-style animated short starring Anna, and extras at World of Frozen in Hong Kong and Paris. It is Disney’s way of keeping Arendelle front and center on the road to Frozen 3, which arrives in theaters November 24, 2027.
New Frozen Short: The Night Before the Royal Fitting
The biggest piece of new content arrives Friday, October 2 at 9 a.m. PT, noon ET, on the Disney Kids YouTube channel. The Night Before the Royal Fitting is a new Off the Page Adventures story told in storybook-style animation, and it picks up with Anna after her engagement as she and Elsa get ready for a special occasion in Arendelle. Kristoff finally proposed at the end of Frozen 2, so this is a small but welcome look at what comes next for Anna before Frozen 3.
Frozen Dress-Up and Fashion
For kids, the Elsa Costume for Kids from Disney Store is the obvious pick with Halloween four weeks away, and the Frozen Elsa Accessory Set from Jakks Pacific adds five pieces to finish the look. Disney Store also has a new Frozen sleepwear set with a snowflake pattern, and Adidas is selling Frozen-inspired cleats at Adidas.com and select retailers for young athletes.

For grown-up fans, Pandora’s Queen Elsa Tiara Ring is the dressiest piece in the lineup, and Amazon Merch on Demand has new Expressions of Olaf and Elsa Fifth Spirit Snowflake T-shirts. One item is easy to misread. Lumistella’s Olaf Warm Hugs Hoodie from the Claus Couture Collection is an outfit for your Elf on the Shelf scout elf, not for people, which makes it a fun pick for families whose elf shows up after Thanksgiving.
New Frozen Dolls

Jakks Pacific’s Singing “Ice Powers” Elsa Doll at Target is the classic pick for younger fans who want to sing along. Mattel has two Anna dolls, the Anna Fashion Doll with a sparkling removable dress, cape and boots, and the Anna Fashion Doll & Wolf Cub at Walmart, which comes with a wolf cub figure and four accessories for kids who like caring for animals. Mattel also has a Frozen Slumber Sister Set with Anna, Elsa, Olaf and 14 accessories.
American Girl is joining in with the Anna Cuddle & Care Set with Bitty Baby, a matching Elsa set and a Snow Queen Elsa outfit for its 18-inch dolls. For kids who love doing hair, Just Play’s Deluxe Elsa the Snow Queen Styling Head comes with 17 pieces. It is a Frozen 2 release that has been around for a while, so it is a good option if you want something already proven.
Frozen Playsets, LEGO and Toys
Disney Store’s Anna and Elsa Arendelle Castle Micro Play Set is our favorite in the lineup for younger kids. It costs $36.99, includes Anna, Elsa and Olaf micro figures with furniture and accessories, and folds into a carry-all with a glittering handle, so all the pieces travel together. Disney Store also has a new Olaf Countdown Plush with a Sven marker.
LEGO builders ages 7 and up have two options. Olaf and Bruni’s Picnic Fun is a 478-piece set at $49.99 with buildable Olaf and Bruni figures and a picnic blanket, and Elsa’s Ice Castle & Snow Ride Adventure is the bigger castle build. For younger builders, Tytan Tiles has a Frozen Magnetic Tiles Princess Castle with 20 pieces.
Rounding out the toy side, Jakks Pacific has an Icy Magic Wand and an Icy Magic Phone, and Just Play’s Olaf Perch’d Plush is a magnetic shoulder sitter that rides along wherever you go. eKids has a Frozen 2 Bluetooth Karaoke Microphone with party lights, Huffy has a Frozen Inline Scooter and Tonies has an Elsa Tonie for $19.99 with songs and a narrated Frozen story, though it was listed as out of stock on Tonies’ US site when we checked. Fans in Canada can find ZURU’s Slime Mart Disney Basket Frozen at Walmart Canada. Two books are part of the lineup too, Disney Frozen: A Royal Sleepover from Moonlite and the Little Golden Book I Am Elsa.
Frozen Fan Fest at World of Frozen
The parks side of Frozen Fan Fest is happening overseas. Hong Kong Disneyland and Disneyland Paris, which opened its own World of Frozen in March, both have mini figurines for the celebration. Hong Kong adds exclusive mini music boxes, and Disneyland Paris has exclusive merchandise tied to its Snowflake Festival. Both parks are also offering Arendelle postcards with their own destination designs, and you can mail them from inside World of Frozen.
Disney has not listed anything for its U.S. parks, but if you are at Walt Disney World this fall, there is still plenty of Frozen to find. Frozen Ever After at EPCOT got updated character figures earlier this year, and the Disney PhotoPass Studio at Disney Springs just added a Frozen storybook photo set.
Our Take: Frozen Fan Fest is really a head start on holiday shopping, and that is not a bad thing for families with Frozen fans at home. The Arendelle Castle Micro Play Set is the best pick for younger kids, LEGO’s Olaf and Bruni set is the sweet spot for ages 7 and up, and the Pandora ring is the one for adult fans. Not everything here is new, since a few Frozen 2 favorites are back in the spotlight, so check the box before you buy if you already have a Frozen shelf at home. The new short on October 2 is the best part, and it is free.
