The Disney Consumer Products booth is now live on the show floor at FAN EXPO Canada, running August 27 through 30 at booth 933 in the Metro Toronto Convention Centre’s South Hall, and it’s DCP’s largest booth activation there to date.
We previewed this booth last week when Disney first confirmed the lineup. Now that it’s open, Disney Consumer Products is expanding the activation further with products tied to Disney and Pixar’s Toy Story 5, on top of the returning Marvel and Star Wars showcases that drove strong turnout last year. Retail partners on site include Walmart, Amazon, Costco, and Loblaws’ Joe Fresh, alongside brands like Hasbro, LEGO, Mattel, Jay Franco, and Citizen Watch.
The Star Wars section leads with full-size costume displays, including a Mandalorian Primalux Adult Costume from Jazwares in full armor and cape, and a Darth Vader display built around the character’s classic silhouette. Shelves nearby mix Hasbro lightsabers and action figures with Funko Pops, Jazwares plush including a Baby Yoda squishmallow-style figure, and Citizen and Owala products carrying the Star Wars branding into watches and drinkware.
Marvel’s presence leans hard into Avengers: Doomsday, with a Doctor Doom Primalux costume from Jazwares standing beside official movie branding for the film. LEGO’s Marvel display includes a large buildable Doctor Doom figure alongside its companion minifigure, plus a separate New York streetscape set with Spider-Man, Hulk, and Department of Damage Control minifigures worked into the scene.
Toy Story 5 is the new addition rounding out the booth, and it gets real retail depth rather than a token display. Apparel from Joe Fresh and Old Navy includes a “Gang’s All Here” tee and western-themed loungewear, while Jay Franco is showing bedding and pillowcases built around Jessie and Bullseye. Mattel’s toy wall covers the film’s core lineup, from a motorized Bullseye figure to a remote-control flying Buzz Lightyear, and Toy Story crosses into unexpected categories too, including a Disney x Pandora charm bracelet and necklace line featuring Woody and Buzz charms.
The booth itself is built as a shared ring display, with Star Wars, Toy Story, and Marvel each getting their own lit case around a central Toy Story showcase, flanked by costumed character appearances posing for photos.
FAN EXPO Canada wraps tomorrow, Sunday, August 30, with the DCP photo booth running 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. If you’re in Toronto and haven’t made it to the show floor yet, this is the last chance to see the full lineup in person before it comes down.
