Disney Consumer Products Unveils Massive Spider-Man: Brand New Day Merch Wave

Disney Consumer Products confirmed a sweeping new wave of Spider-Man: Brand New Day merchandise on July 30, teaming up with licensees including the LEGO Group, Hasbro, Funko, Mattel, Iron Studios, Civil Regime, Old Navy, Crocs, Fossil, Bershka, and Displate for a lineup that spans toys, apparel, accessories, home decor, games, and books ahead of the film’s July 31 theatrical release.

Paul Gitter, EVP of Global Brand Commercialization for Disney Consumer Products, said the goal is to give fans a way to celebrate the character every day, whether that means wearing the gear, playing with a new figure, or displaying a collectible on a shelf.

Disney Store and DisneyStore.com are carrying a wide assortment of Brand New Day toys, plush, and collectibles alongside licensed pieces from Hasbro, Mattel, Funko, and Iron Studios. Standouts include a Spider-Man Talking Action Figure, a Light-Up Mask with Sound for kids, and a Big Feet Plush aimed at younger fans. The LEGO Group is also rolling out new sets tied to the film, giving builders their own way into the story.

On the style side, Old Navy, Crocs, Fossil, Bershka, and Civil Regime are all releasing Brand New Day pieces, from graphic tees and character-print Crocs to Fossil watches and accessories built around the suit’s red and blue design. Displate is rounding out the wave with metal wall art for fans who want the character on display at home rather than in a closet.

Marvel Rivals is adding a new Spider-Man costume inspired by the film, available on PlayStation, Xbox, and PC through Steam and Epic Games Store. Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 is also getting in on it, with a Brand New Day suit unlockable on PS5 and PC as Peter Parker and Miles Morales team up against threats like Kraven the Hunter and Venom.

Disney+ subscribers can already stream Generations: The Evolution of Spider-Man through mid-October, a documentary tracing two decades of the character across Tobey Maguire, Andrew Garfield, and Tom Holland, with new interview footage from Brand New Day director Destin Daniel Cretton. The full Spider-Man Collection, running through No Way Home, is also streaming now.

In print, Marvel Studios’ Spider-Man: Brand New Day – The Art of the Movie arrives August 18 with concept art and costume design breakdowns, followed by Marvel World of Spider-Man from DK Publishing and writer Kelly Knox on September 22, a full visual guide to the character’s Marvel Studios history.

None of this wave includes theater popcorn buckets, since those come from individual chains rather than Disney’s consumer products licensing arm. That side of the merchandise has already been moving fast on its own. AMC, Regal, Cinemark, and Marcus Theatres have all confirmed exclusive Brand New Day buckets and combo containers, including AMC’s mask-shaped Spider-Man Head bucket, Cinemark’s sculpted webbed-hand combo container, and Regal’s building-shaped Wall Crawler Popcorn Tin. Between the Disney Consumer Products wave and the theater exclusives, Brand New Day fans have more ways to bring the character home than almost any other Marvel release this year.
