Level99, the real-world social gaming venue coming to Disney Springs West Side, will open its doors on Monday, June 29, with tickets going on sale June 22 at Level99.com starting at $29.99 per player.
Level99 is not an arcade. It is a 46,800-square-foot venue built around more than 60 physical and mental life-sized mini-games — challenges that require players to dodge swinging axes, crack logic puzzles, swing across platforms on ropes, and race through obstacle courses. Every game is designed for groups of 2 to 6 players, lasts between 1 and 4 minutes, and is built to be replayed. The Disney Springs location will be the largest Level99 to date, with 63 total mini-games — more than any other location in the country.

At check-in, guests receive an RFID-powered Veloband that unlocks access to every game in the venue. Players tap the band on an entry screen to start a challenge, can attempt each game as many times as they want in any order, and their progress is saved across visits — meaning the leaderboard competition continues every time they return to any Level99 location nationwide.
There are three ways to play: cooperative Challenge Rooms where groups work together, competitive Player-vs-Player Duels, and an interactive art scavenger hunt woven throughout the venue’s more than 40 original art installations. The venue spans two floors with a two-story bar as the centerpiece.
Signature games at the Disney Springs location include Axe Run, a narrow beam sprint while dodging swinging axes; Ninja Swing, a rope-and-platform strength challenge; and Mansion Banquet, a logic puzzle where players race to seat dinner party guests before mealtime. A variety of skill sets are required across the 63 challenges — strength, dexterity, balance, and mental aptitude — and each game’s entry screen includes accessibility information for players with mobility limitations.
The food and beverage program goes well beyond typical venue snacks. Level99 is serving its award-winning Detroit-style Roni, Roni, Roni pizza made with 24-hour cold fermented dough, a 100% domestic wagyu House Burger with caramelized onion and brown butter aioli, Loaded Elote Guacamole, handcrafted cocktails, and local beers on tap. Players can order from a first-floor kitchen window, at the bar, or from satellite bar carts on the second floor.
Tickets start at $29.99 per player for 1.5 hours of play, with a 2.5-hour option also available. A premium pass add-on offers expedited check-in and special gifts. To mark the opening, the first 500 players through the door on June 29 will receive a commemorative pin.
Level99 at Disney Springs will operate on the following schedule:
Monday through Thursday: 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Friday: 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Saturday: 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Sunday: 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
The venue is located adjacent to the Drawn to Life Cirque du Soleil theater and House of Blues on the West Side of Disney Springs. It is the fourth Level99 location overall, joining sites in Natick, Massachusetts; Providence, Rhode Island; and Tysons, Virginia.
Our Take: Level99 fills a gap at Disney Springs that has existed for a while — a genuinely interactive, repeatable experience designed for adults and teens rather than younger kids. The leaderboard system and saved progress across locations give it staying power beyond a single visit, which is exactly the kind of thing that brings people back to Disney Springs on a Tuesday night when they are not doing a park day. The axe dodging alone is worth the trip.
