Disney’s Treehouse Villas at Saratoga Springs Resort are getting a reimagined makeover, with newly refreshed interiors beginning to debut over the coming months at Walt Disney World.

The Treehouse Villas sit tucked along the woodlands of the Sassagoula River, elevated among the trees for a secluded, private feel that has made them fan favorites among Disney Vacation Club members and guests. The renovation draws inspiration from New England-style craftsmanship and the Arts and Crafts movement, tying the villas’ playful character to the traditional elegance of Saratoga Springs through rich color palettes and natural finishes in wood and stone.

Each villa sleeps up to nine guests and includes a full kitchen, in-room washer and dryer, updated living and dining areas with all-new furniture and fixtures, and private decks overlooking the surrounding nature. The upgrades aren’t just cosmetic. Disney storytelling runs through every corner of the redesign, with botanical and animal motifs inspired by classic characters woven into textiles from throw pillows to lampshades.

Fans who look closely will find more than a dozen beloved characters and nature scenes from Disney Animation. Wall murals and fine art paintings bring The Fox and the Hound and Sleeping Beauty to life, while familiar friends from Cinderella appear carved into furnishings and worked into the architecture above. It is the kind of layered detail-hunting that rewards repeat visits.

The full renovation is expected to be completed later in 2026. For families looking for a home-away-from-home experience with some genuine Disney magic built into the walls, the reimagined Treehouse Villas are shaping up to be one of the most immersive accommodations on Walt Disney World property.
