Ravensburger has announced two new Disney Lorcana books releasing this fall: Quest of Wonders: An Illumineer’s Lorebook on September 1, 2026, and the third entry in the Collector’s Guide series covering Sets 9-13 on November 1, 2026.

Quest of Wonders: An Illumineer’s Lorebook
This one is unlike anything Ravensburger has put out for Disney Lorcana before. Rather than a reference guide or card catalog, Quest of Wonders is designed as an in-world artifact, presented through diary entries, notes, and other ephemera straight from the realm of Lorcana itself.

The story follows Shanzay, an Illumineer from our world who discovers an old lorebook with a mysterious past. Who wrote it? Why was it hidden? Ravensburger says the search for answers will carry meaningful revelations for players, collectors, and Disney fans who have been following the game’s story since the First Chapter.
“I can’t wait for fans to see what my team has cooked up alongside Disney for Quest of Wonders: An Illumineer’s Lorebook,” said Shane Hartley, Vice President of Creative for the Disney Lorcana TCG at Ravensburger. “It’s going to be eye-opening for fans that have been following along with the story of Disney Lorcana TCG since the First Chapter and hopefully entice all lovers of Disney characters to dive into the realm of Lorcana.”
Disney Lorcana Collector’s Guide Sets 9-13

For fans already using the existing guides to catalog their collections, the third volume picks up where Sets 5-8 left off. It covers the sets from Fabled through Attack of the Vine, which wraps the current story arc in Q3 2026. The guide arrives in November, a few months after Attack of the Vine’s release, making it a natural companion for the full arc.
Availability includes the United States, Canada, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, and Austria.
“The Disney Lorcana Collector’s Guide series continues detailing the excellent work that artists, designers and writers at Ravensburger did for the sets starting with Fabled through Attack of the Vine! releasing in Q3 2026,” Hartley said. “Being able to release this guide a few months after the conclusion of the story arc in Attack of the Vine! makes it a perfect companion for all the Disney Lorcana Illumineers out there.”
When Ravensburger first launched the Collector’s Guide series earlier this year, we called out the card catalog as the best part, specifically how useful it is to see every image in one place when tracking what’s missing from your binders. Sets 9-13 should deliver that same value for the next chapter of the game.
Ravensburger says more details on both books will come before their fall releases. Keep an eye on DisneyLorcana.com for updates.
The lorebook in particular is the kind of release that could bring in fans who love Disney storytelling but have never touched the TCG. That crossover potential is real, and if the execution matches the concept, it could be one of the more interesting Disney products of the year.
