Hudson Stone has signed an exclusive recording contract with Hollywood Records, the Disney Music Group imprint, marking a major milestone for the rising performer as he heads into one of the busiest seasons of his career. The announcement comes as Stone prepares to star in Camp Rock 3 on Disney Channel and hit arenas this fall on the Worlds Collide Concert Tour.

Stone is set to play “Desi” in Camp Rock 3, the highly anticipated Disney Channel Original Movie. FLN has been tracking Camp Rock 3 since the project was first confirmed, including the news that the Jonas Brothers and Demi Lovato will return and that Connect 3 is officially back. Stone’s casting adds a major new piece to what is shaping up to be one of the most-watched Disney Channel events in years.

Alongside the film, Stone will release his debut solo music through Hollywood Records this summer, with an arena run on the Worlds Collide Concert Tour arriving this fall.

Stone’s sound is built around high-energy guitar riffs and big, memorable hooks, drawing from classic rock grit while landing squarely in polished pop territory. He picked up a guitar at five years old, growing up in Los Angeles, raised by an Australian father and a half-Korean mother, and has been writing his own songs ever since. That combination of influences carries through in music he describes as deeply personal.

“Signing with Hollywood Records is honestly a dream. I’ve been playing guitar since I was little, and writing songs means so much to me. I get to connect and hopefully move people through my music. Getting it out there is really exciting. I can’t wait for people to hear it.”

Disney Music Group President Ken Bunt welcomed Stone to the label with praise for both his artistry and his creative focus. Bunt pointed to Stone’s authenticity and clear artistic vision as defining qualities, saying the label is honored to help bring his music to a global audience.

Stone’s signing to Hollywood Records is not incidental timing. It positions him as a full artist, not just a cast member, heading into the Camp Rock 3 release window. That kind of label infrastructure behind a new face in the franchise tells you something about how Disney sees his role in the project’s broader rollout. For fans already excited about the return of Demi Lovato and the Jonas Brothers, Stone is worth paying close attention to as the film’s release approaches.

Stone is represented by Margot Menzel at Luber Roklin Entertainment and Jason Boyarski of Boyarski Fritz LLP.
