The final movie in Hallmark Channel’s January event sees the reteaming of Kristoffer Polaha and Emilie Ullerup. ‘Missing The Boat’ will wrap up Winter Escape on Saturday, January 31st at 8/7c and will stream the following day on Hallmark+. This is the final movie in January that is part of Hallmark Channel’s Winter Escape 2026. Previously released movies include Lost in Paradise, A Melbourne Match, Caught By Love, and Love on the Amazon. Winter Escape concludes this week with Missing the Boat. February will kick off ‘Loveuary‘ with The Way to You on February 7th!
‘Missing The Boat‘ is the story of Strangers Kelly and Parker, who both end up on the same Italian cruise, but after missing the boat during a stop, they’re forced to team up and race across southern Italy to catch up.
Kristoffer Polaha and Emilie Ullerup are both Hallmark veterans. They paired up in 2016 in the Countdown to Christmas movie, ‘Hearts of Christmas’. This is Polaha’s 20th movie. He’s long been a fan favorite. He has a new movie coming to theaters on February 13, 2026. He directed, produced, and starred in the horror comedy movie. Emilie Ullerup has been in many Hallmark Channel movies and the beloved series, ‘Chesapeake Shores’.
