After years of fans wanting the return of a Stacey from Walt Disney World in-room TV channel, ‘Must-Do Disney,’ the wait is over! Stacey is back in a new commercial, and this seems like just the beginning of a long-running advertisement campaign for Walt Disney World.
In a new commercial that is going to be shown on Facebook and Meta platforms, Stacey is back! The new commercial starts with a shot of Cinderella Castle in the Magic Kingdom as a voice-over says, “Here you leave today and enter a world…” “Of Must-Do’s,” Stacey interrupts, and there she is, first time seen since 2020! The 15-second spot ends with Stacey in front of Cinderella Castle as Minnie Mouse and Daisy Duck join Stacey as she says, “Hey Girls! How ya been?” Watch the video below!
Guests who have previously visited Walt Disney World and stayed at one of the resorts on property have a fond memory of getting into their resort room and turning on the Television, looking for the channel that played a loop showing everything fun you can do at Walt Disney World while on vacation at The Most Magical Place on Earth. That channel’s host was Stacey J. Aswad, voice actor, on-air talent, and to many, the sound of their childhood memories at Disney World.
Must-Do Disney with Stacey was on the air for more than 15 years. The show ‘actually it was basically a commercial’ ended in 2020, and the channel was finally removed and changed sometime in 2021.
Such a smart choice by Walt Disney World and the PR team! What a way to bring back something from the past that people wanted and have been clamoring for. This is a nice touch for those who are visiting again or want to visit again and have those fond memories of Stacey on the TV. This is the second advertising campaign that Disney is doing in 2026 that feels magical and brings on those nostalgic feelings.
