Four Flamingos Brings Tropical Twist to Holiday Cocktails and Dining in Orlando. For those celebrating the holiday season away from the cold, Four Flamingos: A Richard Blais Florida Kitchen at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress is offering a distinctly Floridian way to celebrate. The Michelin-recommended restaurant has launched a new lineup of seasonal cocktails and mocktails and is inviting guests to master the art of island-style mixology with a special post-Christmas class.

Sip on the Sunshine: New Winter Menu. The new seasonal drink menu is designed to combine classic festive flavors with a tropical escape, ensuring guests can enjoy a holiday with a coastal twist.

Top features on the drink menu include: Frosted Keylime: A creamy blend that captures the spirit of Florida with vanilla vodka, coconut rum, key lime juice, and coconut cream. Gingerbread Old Fashion: A holiday take on the popular bourbon cocktail, infused with the warm, comforting spice of gingerbread.

Non-alcoholic options are also available, including the refreshing tropical mocktails, the Snowy Key and Christmas Envy, perfect for warding off any hint of winter blues.

Mixology Class: Santa’s on Vacation – Guests looking for an interactive treat can sign up for the “Santa’s on Vacation Cocktail Class” on Thursday, December 26, at 4:00 PM.

Led by the restaurant’s talented Chief Mixologist, Macarena Portales, the session will reveal the secrets behind creating holiday-inspired drinks that blend island vibes with classic cheer. Participants will learn how to craft seasonal cocktails featuring festive ingredients like vanilla, coconut, and Nutella.

Featured Dishes: Caribbean prime rib ($60), banana leaf snapper ($48), Puerto Rican hushpuppies ($26), and passionfruit coquito cheesecake ($16).

New Year’s Eve Feast (Dec. 31) – Ring in the new year with a special four-course prix-fixe New Year’s Eve Feast. Menu Highlights: Cold-smoked Hamachi, smoked swordfish belly, king crab Provençal, and the signature baked Florida for two. Pricing: $195 per person (plus taxes and fees).
