AstroFizz Opens in Tomorrowland at the Magic Kingdom. Cool Ship temporarily closed for refurbishment and was expected to reopen later in 2025. The whole stand, including the Cool Scanner misters, the Thirst Ranger Flight of the Navigator ship, had been removed. Instead of reopening, Disney built a brand new building, now called AstroFizz. It is located in Tomorrowland, close to the entrance to Space Mountain.
The new building looks great and matches the design of Tomorrowland. It features new lighting in the Coca-Cola red and white colors.
From the Walt Disney World Website: “Fuel up at this space-age stand featuring buttery popcorn and fluffy cotton candy. Then, before you blast off again, cool off with a refreshing beverage—like frozen slushies or assorted Coca-Cola® Fountain Beverages.“
